By downloading, installing, or using the Supreme Stats mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
The App offers an auto-renewable subscription for enhanced features ("Subscription"). By subscribing, you agree to pay the recurring subscription fees and acknowledge that the subscription automatically renews unless canceled. You authorize us to charge your iTunes account for the renewal period.
The Subscription details, including pricing, duration, and features, are provided within the App. Payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscription fees are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time by managing your iTunes account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current subscription period. No refunds or credits will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period.
The App and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without the prior written consent of the owner.
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your information in connection with the App.
The App is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all liability for any damages or losses arising from your use of the App. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the App or Subscription.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms within the App. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in USA
